Celebs throng Bhamla Foundation's World Environment Day celebrations


As part of Bhamla Foundation's #BeatPlasticPolution project, activist-philanthropist Asif Bhamla, keeping in view the UN Initiative, supported by with BMC and the Pollution Control Board brought in a new thought process into the lives of the common man who walks the Carter Road Promenade to get fit. Bhamla Foundation, powered by the youth brigade, armed with the slogan Nothing on Earth Lasts Forever Except Plastic, had a star-studded celebration at the Carter Road Promenade.  This followed the  painting of the promenade with thought provoking words to curb plastic pollution. 

Besides Asif Bhamla, Meraj Husain and Saher Bhamla of Bhamla Foundation, spotted at the Bhamla Foundation’s World Environment Day celebrations at Carter Road were Yuva Sena Chief Aaditya Thackeray, Siddhanth Kapoor, Daboo Malik, Shaan, Shiamak Davar, Armaan Malik, Rahul Kanal, philanthropist Dr Aneel Kashi Murarka,  Vastu and Numerologist Basannt R Rasiwasia, Aditi Govitriker, 

Tanisha Mukherjee, Aahana Kumra, Puran Davar, Veer Arora, filmmaker Anusha Srinivasan Iyer, politicos Sanjay Nirupam, Sachin Ahir, Sangeeta Ahir, Bhai Jagtap, Arvind Sawant, Sanjay Dina Patil, Jayakumar Jitendrasinh Rawal, Ashok Kapoor, among many others. 
Nothing on this earth lasts forever, except plastic. Come, join the #BeatPlasticPollution revolution. 
“The idea is to have an attractive and colourful walk area and at the same time, put the thought of Plastic Pollution across, " avers Asif Bhamla. Need we say the stars and other guests echoed his sentiments!
